If you're anything like me, you've visited haunted locations too numerous to count, researched or used just about every piece of ghost hunting equipment and most likely come to the same conclusions as many others involved in the pursuit of the paranormal. Instead of more answers, I am personally left with more questions and therefore need to get some things off my chest about ghosts/spirits.
Why do poltergeist video captures never show an item suspended in mid-air? Can't the invisible-to-our-eyes entity have the ability to just hold an item in their ghost hands for a few moments before deciding to trash the place? Why don't they ever grab the camera and throw that? Are there no poltergeists that are neatness-minded enough that they clean up a mess made by other poltergeists? How come they don't leave a sign of their presence by doing the dishes? Instead of throwing the dishes out of my kitchen cabinet, how about emptying the dishwasher and putting everything back where it belongs. Run a vacuum while I'm gone, clean the cat's litter box or take out the trash and I will be a believer!!! And about that stacking of items, chairs, etc... like a cheap magicians' trick, we don't get to see the trick unfold, just the finished product!
Why are shadow people always in a hurry, darting about, never standing still or posing for a pic? Why do they insist on playing peek-a-boo at night? Are they embarrassed for not wearing clothes? Why are shadow people always black in color, more or less? Are they hiding their weight because black is more slimming? Aren't there any shadow people with style for vibrant and varied colors? Do any walk with a limp?
Has anyone using a Ouija Board ever received the message, "We're not in right now. Please leave a message and we will get back to you as soon as possible?"
Why do apparitions act like a secret club member going to a costume party whose invisible portal entrance is known only to them?
Don't be a rude spirit. Don't talk to me from another room, down the hall, etc., or be slamming doors elsewhere in the location. If you are going to visit, stay a while. It's the right thing to do. And you had better not slam the door when you leave!
If you are using your cell phone with a ghost app.... why? Why can't ghosts text or leave a voice message? Surely if they can manipulate an Ovilus, phonetic generator or ghost box, they could do this as well. How about interrupting a TV show I am engrossed in?
Just once, I'd like to see someone leave a fixed SLS/Kinect type camera. After all, these cameras are designed to be in a fixed position without movement and not carried around subject to all kind of reflected surfaces that create the stick figures. While I'm thinking of it, why not set up the Kinect camera and two controllers and see if the spirits will be playing one of the games that these cameras are designed for?
Where is the spirit "Me Too" movement? Why do some spirits touch people without permission? Why don't other decent spirits do something about it? If I am a really pissed off spirit, I'm punching you in the mouth rather than scratching you with nails I no longer have! And don't be coming into my bathroom when I am taking a shower... PERVERT!!!
Why are they still hanging around a jail or prison if they were dying (forgive the pun) to get out in the first place? Are there invisible bars keeping them imprisoned? If other executed prisoners are still there as well, isn't that cell getting quite crowded?
Just once, I would like to see a TV ghost hunter wear a POV camera to show us the anomalous figure/partial figure, face, etc. that the person following them with the video camera was too slow to react to. Or how about attaching a POV camera to one of our furry friends that may be accompanying us on our ghost hunts?
Do ghosts not like cold weather environments like Barrow, Alaska? After all, there is no need for ghost hunters to wait for darkness as Barrow has approximately 67 straight days of darkness each year. And what about places like Svalbard, Norway where on average there is a period of approximately 76 days where the sun never sets. Do the spirits use that time to go on vacation and come back when nights return there?
Why are there no ghosts where Bigfoot is? Do they dislike and avoid one another? Are Bigfoot spirit EVP ever captured?
EVP. Are there any from people who died without teeth, had any kind of accent or used regional dialect, i.e., "Ya'll?"
I'll stop right here. There are just too many more to mention.
Suggestion: With friends and family, while watching a certain paranormal TV show in the comfort of your own home, declare "Oh my God" the drinking phrase! (don't plan on being able to drive home after)
